These terms apply whenever you buy a VAT lookup on CyprusVATNumber.com, operated by {{ENTITY_NAME}} (registration number {{HE_NUMBER}}).

The service

CyprusVATNumber.com lets you look up the VAT number of a Cyprus company. Each successful lookup reveals one VAT number, cross-checked against the EU VIES system. There is no subscription: you pay per lookup or per pack of lookups.

Payment and pricing

Prices are shown in EUR before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe or Paddle, depending on which is active at checkout. When Paddle is the processor, Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record: your purchase is made from Paddle, on our behalf, and Paddle issues the invoice and handles VAT for that sale. When Stripe is the processor, the sale is made directly by us and any applicable VAT is handled per our own registration.

Refunds

A VAT number lookup is delivered instantly: once revealed, the product has been provided in full. For this reason we do not offer refunds after a VAT number has been shown to you, in line with the digital-content exception to the EU right of withdrawal.

That said, mistakes happen. If you bought a lookup for the wrong company by accident, or a genuine technical fault meant you did not receive a working result, email info@cyprusvatnumber.com and we will look at it in good faith. Goodwill refunds are at our discretion, not a guarantee.

Accuracy and disclaimer

VAT numbers are cross-checked against VIES, the European Commission's free public validation service, provided "as is" without commercial guarantee. We do our best to keep results current, but we do not guarantee that a result is accurate at the exact moment you use it. For anything time-critical or legally binding, verify the result yourself directly at VIES.

CyprusVATNumber.com is an independent commercial service. It is not a government body and is not affiliated with the Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies, the Cyprus Tax Department, or the European Commission.

Fair use

The service is for looking up individual companies, not for bulk-scraping or reselling our database. We may rate-limit or block use that looks automated or abusive.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
